About this project
For an independent, NRVT-registered property valuer in the Ede, Veenendaal and Barneveld region, the focus was on trust and clarity. The homepage communicates the quality marks (NRVT, NWWI) right away and keeps the path to a valuation request as short as possible, with WhatsApp as a low-friction alternative. A valuation is a one-off, formal purchase for most visitors, so the site had to feel credible above all: calm typography, a large image of the service area, and the two quality marks that actually matter in this field right at the top. Services, process and coverage area sit in the navigation, so a visitor can decide for themselves how much explanation they need before requesting a valuation.
